WE’VE GOT YOU FOUNDATION

We’ve Got You Foundation is a community-led charity based in the Fraser Coast region of Queensland. Born from lived experience and a desire to help those falling through the cracks, our mission is simple: to bridge the gaps in health, wellbeing and transport support for Australians who need it most.

We exist for the people who are waiting too long for NDIS, aged care or medical funding to begin. For the single parent recovering from surgery with no transport. For the elderly neighbour with no support at home. For the young person in crisis, unsure where to turn next. We step in when no one else can.

With compassion, urgency and heart, we provide practical help like health-related transport, short-term in-home care, mobility assistance and community programs that give real people real relief.

We’re powered by a passionate team, strong local partnerships and everyday Australians who care enough to make a difference. This isn’t just charity. This is community at its best.

    We would like to thank the We've got you Foundation and the Hervey Bay Health Cab and Co for arranging to take my dad out to the RSL and to his favourite restaurant the 50s diner. He had an absolutely wonderful day and we didn't forget his favorite pancakes. Simply can not believe he ate it all.

    I wanted to say a huge thank you to We've Got You Foundation for helping me get to my medical appointment. Living out in a rural area I was finding it very difficult to find any one who could pick me up. They organised for Health Cab & Co to come and pick me up and support me while I was there, then brought me back home again. What a wonderful service! Thank you once again.
