Returns Overview
As a nonprofit organisation, all purchases directly support our health and transport assistance programs. While most items are final sale, we do accept returns for eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

The item is unused and in its original packaging

It is returned within 7 days of delivery

It is not marked as a final sale product

You have contacted us in advance for approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wevegotyoufoundation@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
To return your product, contact us at wevegotyoufoundation@gmail.com for instructions. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
