Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed during high-demand periods or fundraising campaigns may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of [insert amount or "calculated at checkout"]. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers or external events (e.g., weather disruptions, transport strikes).
Local Delivery or Pickup
Local pickup is not available at this time. All merchandise orders are delivered via our standard shipping partners.
Order Tracking
Where applicable, tracking numbers will be provided via email after your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wevegotyoufoundation@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will review your case and do our best to resolve the situation. Please note that we are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Refunds and Returns
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details. As a nonprofit organization, we do not offer refunds unless an item is damaged or incorrect.
