Sue Dodd - Director
My name is Susan Dodd, and I’ve proudly called the Hervey Bay region home for over 22 years. My husband and I have run several businesses locally, and our daughter has grown up in this beautiful community. I’ve volunteered with Riding for the Disabled Hervey Bay and participated in Relay for Life Hervey Bay for several years before changes due to COVID.
Currently, I co-manage a home care nursing business, Nurse Next Door Fraser Coast, alongside my daughter. I’m passionate about supporting people in our region and helping to fill the gaps we’ve seen in local health and transport services — which is why a close friend and I founded the We’ve Got You Foundation.
My interests include camping, 4WD touring, gardening, attending classic car events, yoga, and enjoying the outdoors. I bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to make a difference in the Fraser Coast community.
Rima Rani - Director
Since 2018, I’ve been proud to call the beautiful Hervey Bay region home. My husband runs a pharmacy in nearby Howard, and together with our three boys who attend the local school, we’ve truly settled into this incredible community that we’re so lucky to be part of.
I’ve always been passionate about nature and wellness – I love hiking, gardening, yoga, reading, and listening to music. These things keep me grounded and remind me how important it is to live with balance and intention.
I joined the We’ve Got You Foundation after a close friend shared just how many people in our region were struggling to access essential healthcare and transport. I knew I wanted to be part of something that made a real difference.
As a director, I’m committed to helping our community access the support they need, especially during tough times. I believe deeply in kindness, compassion, and giving back – because when we come together, we really do have each other’s backs.
At We’ve Got You, we’re more than just a charity – we’re a family. And I’m so honoured to walk alongside the people we support, every step of the way.
Nadine Dodd - Director
Nadine is a Registered Nurse and the owner-operator of Nurse Next Door Fraser Coast, proudly serving her hometown of Hervey Bay where she also completed her schooling. Her earlier work in rural and remote communities ignited a deep passion for connection and community care — a passion that led her to co-found and now direct the We’ve Got You Foundation, a local not-for-profit dedicated to bridging health and well-being gaps across the Fraser Coast.
Beyond healthcare, Nadine lives for adventure. Whether it's 4x4 driving, cars, camping, or embracing the outdoors with her young family, she’s committed to living life fully and authentically. Through her leadership, Nadine continues to drive change across the region — combining heart, hustle, and purpose to help those doing it tough and inspire others to pursue their passions.
